Alumni Play a Role in The Development of Renewable Energy

Niken Arumdati was born in Dompu April 25, 1983. She earned her electrical engineering bachelor degree at Universitas Mataram in 2005. Her last education was completed at the Technische Universiteit Eindhoven (TU/e), Netherlands in 2013 with a major in Sustainable Energy Technology, which was funded by STUNED scholarship. Furthermore, she received AAS scholarship to study energy policy at Griffith University, Australia in 2018, followed by another DANIDA scholarship to learn about energy planning at Denmark Technology University (DTU) consecutively in 2019 and 2022. In addition, she was nominated to receive IVLP scholarship by US embassy to study about economy circular implementation in urban context at the United States of America (USA) and Singapore in 2022.

Several publications she wrote related to the power quality of the implementation of renewable energy for electricity generation and civic engagement of biogas projects in the province of West Nusa Tenggara, the latest one is a book published by Springer. She is currently working in the energy and mineral resources provincial office of West Nusa Tenggara as the secretary since 2022.
